How do I add a widget to my Home or Lock Screen?

Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen (or the Lock Screen) until things jiggle, tap the + (or Customise on the Lock Screen), search for DAYS, pick a size, and place it. Tap the widget to choose which countdown it shows.

My countdowns aren't syncing between devices.

DAYS syncs through your own iCloud account. On each device, make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account and that iCloud Drive is on (Settings → your name → iCloud). Sync can take a moment on a slow connection — give it a minute and reopen the app.

A widget shows the wrong day or looks out of date.

Widgets are refreshed by iOS on its own schedule, so the number can lag briefly. Open the app once to force a refresh. If it persists, check that Low Power Mode isn't limiting background updates.

I'm not getting reminder notifications.

Go to Settings → DAYS → Notifications and make sure they're allowed. Reminders only fire for countdowns where you've turned a reminder on.

Is DAYS really free?

Yes. The app is free, with no ads and no tracking, and iCloud sync is included at no cost.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting a countdown removes it everywhere it's synced. To remove everything, delete the app — its data lives in your private iCloud and goes with it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
